“I’m going to provide a long review; if you are searching for a realtor you probably want to know the long version of folks’ experiences with them so here is ours…. but the summary is that Garrett is great. My wife and I met Garrett when we were just thinking about purchasing in the Town of Telluride. Garrett’s first step – let’s go skiing. He really wanted to get to know us, have some fun, and then figure out what would work for us. Garrett toured us around showing us a range of properties – perfect new construction homes, fixer-uppers, mixed-use, different parts of town, and so on. Each time asking for feedback and, in turn, narrowed down the focus. We ultimately realized we were focused on the sunny east side of town. We walked around and looked, literally, at every property within our target area — Garrett knocked on doors, called owners, and canvased other realtors to figure out who might be willing to entertain selling.
