Garrett Simon

A Telluride local since 1998, Garrett began his career as a real estate agent after deciding that he loved Telluride too much to ever consider any other place “home”. Having worked briefly as a rental manager and real estate assistant, he decided that working directly with buyers and sellers and helping people realize and achieve their dreams of property ownership in the Telluride region was his true calling.

Garrett has been thriving in the local market and assisting buyers and sellers since 2004, and continues his success thanks in part to his strong and enduring relationships with buyers and sellers, his team, and his connections with local professionals in real estate-related industries.

With over 23 years (and counting) as a Telluride local, Garrett possesses an outstanding understanding of the nuances of the Telluride real estate market. He has a keen eye for identifying listings that represent a great deal of potential, as well as the ability to discern buyers’ individual goals in order to unite them with the unique property that suits their needs in the Telluride region.

Prior to beginning his life in the magical Box Canyon, Garrett attended the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, where he played NCAA Division I soccer as a midfielder for the USA Jaguars. He now resides with his wife, son, and two dogs on “the sunny side of town.”

Garrett and his team have averaged between 40 to 50 million in real estate transactions per year. He continues to be one of the top-producing and most knowledgeable agents in the area year after year, with a track record that speaks for itself.

After graduating from the University of Alabama, Jess first moved to Telluride for “a couple of years” in 1997. The rest is history. Summers led to winters, winters led to more summers, and she developed a strong affinity for property and real estate management.

With over a decade of experience in the fields of real estate and vacation rental management, and working alongside her husband, TREC Broker Garrett Simon, allows them to share their passion for Telluride with those who think it is as special as they do.

Her family includes her husband Garrett, son Taj, Bernese Bernard Iggy, and rescue dog Milo.

Brittany “Bebe” Hinde

Bebe’s early life was split between Porlock, England, and York, PA. She moved to Telluride in 1997 and graduated from Telluride High School. Before jumping into real estate, she was the Director of Guest Relations at the River Club for nine years. Experienced in real estate and knowledgeable about the Telluride region, Bebe joined TREC in March 2016.

She and her husband, Dustin, have two sons, Thatcher and Rye. Bebe and Dustin are proud to raise third-generation Telluriders.

She enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, running, hiking, traveling, and Telluride’s foodie scene. She is ready to share the mountain lifestyle with her clients, from showing properties to hitting the trails, it’s a full mountain experience, not just a sales pitch.
